Once again the Werner Lecture Fund invites you into the kitchen where three gourmet chefs and their children will delight you with cooking - hand-on - classes, on 3 Thursday evenings at 7 PM. On April 15, Dom and Michael Gennello will offer a class in Simplified Seafood (kosher style). On April 22, Deb Napoleon and Max Glenn will offer a class in a Spring Vegetable Extravaganza. On April 29 Judy and Laura Bortnick will offer a class in The Warmth of Shabbat. Those of you who have experienced our cooking classes know what a wonderful evening you can spend while you are havng fun in our kitchen. For those of you who be expeiencing this for the first time, you will have a special time. |
