Thank you for submitting your event information for inclusion on Beth El’s website. In order to have your event posted on the website, you must submit a flyer or artwork. The following must be included in the flyer or artwork you submit.  Posting an event on the website is subject to approval.

 

  1. Image/Artwork – required
    • This can be a .pdf, .jpg or .png. The artwork on the Event Carousel is all sized with the same ratio of 8.5 inches X 11 inches (1000 px wide by 1294 px high). If your artwork doesn’t fit this ratio it may be modified slightly to fit.
  2. Event Name – required
  3. Event Date and Time – required
  4. Event Location – optional
  5. Link/URL – optional (ie. Link to registration form)
